    Yes, most extended health benefits or insurance plans cover psychotherapy services provided by a registered psychotherapist or psychologist. I will provide receipts so you can submit them to your insurance provider for reimbursement.

  • Do you offer a free consultation?

    Yes. I provide a 15-minute complimentary consultation to help you determine if therapy at Navigate Well is the right fit for you.

  • Do you offer virtual or in-person therapy?

    Currently, Navigate Well provides virtual psychotherapy services across Ontario. I plan to open an in-person clinic in 2026.

  • How long is a typical psychotherapy session?

    Most sessions are 50 minutes in length. This allows time for focused work while leaving space to reflect and plan for next steps.

  • What can I expect in my first session?

    The first session focuses on understanding your goals, background, and needs. Together, we’ll create a collaborative treatment plan that guides your therapy process.

  • How many sessions do I need?

    The number of sessions varies depending on your goals, needs, and the concerns you’d like to work on.

  • What is your cancellation policy?

    I require 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to the full session fee.
